How is this different from the Ready Filing program?

Ready Filing is for people who already have 3-4 of the 8 O-1 criteria documented. Profile Building is for people who need to CREATE that evidence over 6-8 months. If you’re not sure which you need, take our assessment.

Can I do this while on F-1 or OPT?

Yes. The program is designed to work within F-1 and OPT restrictions. Project work is structured as educational/training rather than unauthorized employment. We have successfully worked with hundreds of F-1/OPT participants.

What if I'm on H-1B?

Perfect timing. Build your O-1 evidence while you have valid status, then transition to O-1 for more flexibility. You can participate in the program while maintaining H-1B employment.

Do I need to quit my job?

No. The program requires 13-16 hours per week, which most people fit around full-time work. Evening and weekend flexibility is available.

What happens if I need to pause the program?

You can pause for up to 60 days once during your enrollment for emergencies or major life events. Notify us 2 weeks in advance. Your timeline extends by the pause duration.

Can I switch from Pro to Elite tier?

Yes. You can upgrade from Pro to Elite at any time. The cost difference is credited toward your Elite tier fees.

What if I don't qualify for O-1 after the program?

If you complete the full Elite program and we file but you’re denied, we’ll work with you on repackaging and refiling at discounted rates. Our vetting process ensures we only file strong cases, but if something unexpected happens, we don’t abandon you.
