VISA PACKAGE REFILING POLICY
USCIS Filing Fees
Non-Refundable: All USCIS filing fees paid to the government are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Visa Denials
No refunds for visa denials. Immigration decisions are made solely by USCIS and are beyond our control.
Refiling Options
If your visa petition is denied, you have two options:
Option 1: Refiling Package ($500-$1,000)
- Complete new evidence package preparation
- Updated letter of recommendation coordination
- Additional media placements
- Strategy consultation for strengthened case
- Expedited filing services available
Option 2: Discounted Refiling Service
- 50% discount on new visa filing preparation
- Credit for previously completed work
- Valid for 12 months after denial
- New USCIS filing fees apply (paid separately to government)

Response time: 7 business days
Important: USCIS fees paid to the government are never refundable. Refiling services require new government fees.
